Delivery / Shipping / Installation policy
* Delivery is free within installation service for all cities that fall within our coverage in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia
* In the event that the customer is outside the scope of coverage, we do not do the installation, and the customer shall bear the cost of shipping according to the method appropriate to him. In the event that there is no agreement on the shipment, the amount paid will be returned to the customer through the means through which the payment was made
* Usually delivery and installation take place within one to 14 working days according to the available schedule for installation, and for shipping orders, they are shipped within 3 days with an agreement with the customer on the appropriate shipping method for his region
* Customers are contacted within one to 7 working days to schedule installation appointments
* Salsabil will not deal or provide services or products to any of the countries that have been sanctioned by the Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) in accordance with the laws in force in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
* Executing a transaction more than once may result in it appearing more than once on the cardholder’s bank statement.
